Ok i've decided to make a guide on Aviansies.

Requirments

Troll Stronghold
Edgars Rouge (Not needed just fastr to get there)
70+ Range


1 - 20 Def

Armour - Avas Acumulator > Sara Coif > Monk top > Zammy Stole or Fury > Black DHide Chaps > Zammy Book > Climbing Boots > Barbed tipped bolts, Bone Bolts or Mith Bolts > Rune C Bow or Bone Cbow > Zammy or Sara Vambs. > Ring of wealth.

Invent - 1 GP, 1 Addy Bar (noted), 100 nats, 500 fire, 1 tele tab, 15 - 20 Prayer Pots, 1 Super Restore, 4 Sharks, Free Spot (for bolts)

40 - 70+ Def

Armour - Avas Acumulator > Archer Helm, Neiz, Rune Full Helm or Torags Helm > Black DHide Body or Karils Body > Karils Skirt, Rune Skirt, Rune Legs, Veracs Skirt or Torags Legs > Fury, Armadyl Pendant, Zammy Stole or Sara Stole > Rune CBow > Mith or Barbed Bolts > Ring of wealth > Zammy or Sara Vambs > Rune Shield, Granite Shield or Beserker shield > Ring of Wealth > Climbing Boots (must), DBoots or Bandos Boots

Invent (for 85+ Def) - 11 Sharks or Monks > 1 Tele Tab > 100 bones to peaches > 100 Nats > Fire Staff or Runes > 1 Addy bar > Free Slot

Invent #2 - Fire Runes > Nats > 2 Range pots > 22 Sharks > Bones to peaches 50 - 100 > Free Slot

Invent #3 - Same as the Pure one.

Profit

Roughly 400k+ Profit per 200 Aviansies.

Once there kill away only pick up Addy Bars, Runes and Your Bolts.

Other Tips

I can only give 3 tips, one is for people with 70+ def and thats bring Guthans makes it much easier, bring a familiar to carry potions etc etc and the other is before going for the first time go with no armour and just some food and something zammy and sara then go ask people there about it and see how they do it also find some spots to stand near where this isn't to many and you only have to attack one at a time.
