Welcome to Siccnezz. In order to make your stay as pleasant and constructive as possible please take your time to read through this document.

At Siccnezz, we aim to provide a space for discussion and information exchange. We have created the following Guidelines to foster an environment of shared values, mutual respect and trust. Members of Staff are free to choose punishments in accordance to which Guideline was broken.

Advertising - Although you are allowed to post website addresses to media or some of your work, you may not solely advertise for your own benefit. This includes posting website addresses to other online communities.

Racism - Racism is not welcome at Siccnezz. If you are racist towards others, you will be severely punished.

Multiple Accounts - If you use multiple accounts to evade a ban or to break the Guidelines, all of your accounts will be disabled. If you would like to appeal a ban, you may contact an Administrator on IM or ask someone to post an appeal for you.

Security - You are not permitted to post the personal details of others.

Inappropriate Content - Please use your common sense before posting something. if you are unsure as to what is regarded as inappropriate content, please contact a Member of Staff. This can include things such as pornography and vulgarity.

Troublesome - If a Member of Staff deems you to be troublesome, you will be punished.

Flaming - Flaming is not welcome at Siccnezz. It only causes arguments and will lead you nowhere. If you flame others, you will be punished.

Spamming - Spamming only ruins the experience for others. Members of Staff are free to decide what is deemed as spam.

Grave Digging - You are not permitted to comment on old topics that haven't been replied to for a long time. This counts as spam and is not welcome at Siccnezz.

Double Posting - Double posting is a stupid way to get attention. This counts as spam and is not welcome at Siccnezz.

Posting in Appeals and Reports - You are not permitted to post in Appeals and Reports. This creates spam and is not acceptable.

Hacking and Phishing - You may not discuss anything related to Hacking and Phishing. This is malicious and is not welcome at Siccnezz.

Asking For Ranks - Do not request or recommend people for ranks. It is annoying and will only lower your chances of getting the designated rank.

Respect - You should always respect eachother. Without respect, Siccnezz is not a community.

Username and User Title Changes - You are only permitted to have one Username and User Title change every 3 months.

I will post here some explanation to somethings that might be not understood.

some people might ask what is SPAM, or maybe you know, but what does it stand for?[/u]

[b]SPAM = Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages, or anything that is off topic.

Moderator's Job: To inform he has spammed, and give him the right punishment he deserves. If MANY spams has occured from different players or users, this will result as the topic might getting LOCKED

Also, i would like to explain, What is Flaming?

I don't think everyone knows, if u do then thats great! if you don't i will tell you know what it means.

Flaming = Flaming is like, if someone has SPAM or broken any of the rules and has been told he has broken the rules, then YOU or anyone else say that he has also broken the rule.

Example:

Thread Maker Player: SPAM SPAM SPAM

Player #1: This is SPAM and you are breaking the rules, you should be warned.

Player #2: Yeah, thats spamming dude.... you are breaking the rules. <---------- THIS player WILL BE WARNED for flaming. Also if there was a player #3 or more then he will also get warned too.

Moderator's Job: To Lock the topic.

Deleting the topic is less preferred, so the player himself or other players would know why he is "Warned, "Moderated or "Muted" (banned as well.) It is still up to the Moderator/Administrator.

[b]What is "Racial Slurs"?

Racial Slurs: They are offensive words, that offense someone according to their race, or their color etc.

Example:

Black people on the streets, which we call them "Negro" or "****" or "Blackie" etc. THIS IS NOT ALOUD IN FORUMS. THIS IS ALSO NOT ALOUD IN AMERICA OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY. We respect everyone as one.

Moderator's Job: To give the right punishment to the offender (they DO NOT have to lock the topic, if it was only one posts of the many posts.)

What is Pornographic Material?

Pornographic Material: It is anything that is INNAPROPRIATE in pictures, such as inappropriate pictures of humans. It also comes from the word "Porn"

Moderator's Job: Topic MUST be removed, OR the picture is removed itself, and the player is given the right offense, and topic is locked. At any case, THE PICTURE MUST BE REMOVED.

What are Warez/Pirated Software?

Warez/Pirated Software: They are downloads or softwares that contain viruses or spyware to harm your computer.

Moderator's Job: As the same as pornographic pictures, topic either removed or link removed and locked.

What is Illegal Content?

Illegal Content: It is anything offensive, or anything inappropriate that is posted.

Moderator's Job: This depends on what is the Illegal Content, the only thing that any Illegal Content as posted, is that the user is punished with the right punishment deserved.

I hope that explains some of the rules that might be confusing or not knowing.

This topic was made to explain some of the things that MAYBE any user does not know or understand.

So, now you know everything, so we will not tolerate anyone who says they did not know what the rule/rules ment or did not understand.
